What happened

Amendment 3 related to how information could be shared under the Bill's NIS enforcement provisions. It sought to stop information being provided to another NIS enforcement authority or a person in certain overseas situations if the Secretary of State determines the receiving jurisdiction cannot guarantee the right to a fair trial, including requiring regard to expert and civil society views and an annual report on decisions.
