A Delegated Legislation Committee is a committee in the House of Commons that debates certain statutory instruments and other items of delegated legislation. It examines the instrument referred to it, but the final formal decision may still need to be taken by the House. These committees are part of the Commons scrutiny process for secondary legislation.
