The Ministerial Code is the Prime Minister’s code setting out standards and guidance for government ministers. It covers ministers’ conduct, interests, use of government resources, collective responsibility and other matters. It is separate from the House of Commons Code of Conduct, though ministers who are MPs may be subject to both in different ways.
