Local context
Wells and Mendip Hills is centred on the cathedral city of Wells and extends across a broad rural area of Somerset. The constituency includes market towns, villages and countryside around the Mendip Hills, with limestone uplands, farmland and wooded valleys shaping much of the landscape. Wells is an important historic and service centre despite its relatively small size, while other towns provide local focuses for surrounding communities. Road links connect the area with Bristol, Bath and the wider county. Overall, the seat has a strongly rural and market-town character with a distinctive Mendip landscape.

This project will install an additional 4th changing room at the pavilion in order to enable two matches to take place at the same time. The additional changing room will be used for a range of teams: men's, women's, seniors and juniors. The changing room is expected to be used a minimum of 20 times per year.
