This project will deliver climbing at Indirock in Southend-on-Sea, to young people aged 18 to 24 living in supported accommodation. Weekly two-hour sessions will be delivered in 12-week cohorts, over 12 months. Sessions will include mentoring by a youth worker. This project will deliver sessions of seated exercise, walks, yoga and tai chi to older people and people with long term health conditions. Seated exercise, yoga and tai chi will be provided weekly for 18 weeks. Memory walks, linked to an existing dementia cafe, will be provided weekly, over the summer period.
