Combat Academy for Sports Limited
this project will deliver a 48-week sport, fitness and exercise programme for 90 inactive or low-active men experiencing poor mental health, addiction challenges, PTSD and social isolation. It combines Jiu-Jitsu-based fitness, strength training, cardio circuits and outdoor activities, including walks, runs, obstacle courses and fishing supported by a qualified Sports Coach Psychoanalyst. Costs include facility hire, equipment purchase and coaches' fees.
