About this award
This project will enhance community air rifle target shooting programmes by purchasing new equipment, developing qualified coaches, improving safety, accessibility, and long-term participation in the sport. The project will support local residents of all ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced shooters by providing structured sessions per week during the summer off season, supervised beginner pathways and progressive skills development sessions. Costs requested for equipment.
This project will install floodlights to the club's 1st XV pitch alongside directional lighting over the 2nd XV pitch and mini and junior pitches. This will enable more mid-week training sessions to take place to support the club's growing junior and adult sections. The floodlights will also enable Friday night matches to take place and will be made available for a local school in Bedworth. Funding will cover contractor costs for supply and installation.

About this award
This project will grow the club's women and girls' section whilst also creating more diverse playing opportunities, including the option to play hardball cricket, benefitting 60. A school taster session will be delivered at The Queen Elizabeth Academy in Atherstone followed by a six-week summer programme, which will aim to encourage more girls to join the club's weekly training sessions and matches. Funding will also be used to install a dedicated Astro wicket for women and girls to use, alongside purchasing equipment and funding coaching qualifications.
