This project will deliver weekly post-partum movement and yoga classes for mums with babies (6 weeks-6 months). Furthermore an outdoor shelter for post-class social connection, sensory toys and equipment for babies will be purchased whilst yoga sessions are taking place. Costs requested for yoga equipment, outdoor storage, baby sensory equipment, coaches fees, pelvic floor online training course, refreshments, outdoor shelter equipment and installation.

This 12 month project will deliver three free weekly physical activity sessions (Zumba, aerobics, dance, family inclusive badminton and strength training/fitness) supporting up to 60 South Asian women who are currently doing less than 30 minutes of activity per week. Sessions include women-only dance fitness, women-only strength and yoga, and family-inclusive badminton. Funding will go towards coaches' fees, facility hire, equipment, volunteer training, community engagement and project facilitation and promotion.
