Lions Unity Tai Chi & Qigong
This project will delivery weekly tai chi/walking sessions. There will be three 2-hour sessions per week for 50 weeks. Participants will be aged 50+ and will be from culturally diverse communities. Sessions will take place at two different locations. Funding request is for equipment, certificates, transport costs, hire of facilities, refreshments, equipment hire, promotion, coaches fees, staff costs, first aid kit and clothing.

Neurodiversity Support CIC
This project will deliver multisport activities to people with neurodiverse needs. Two sessions will be delivered weekly, each for one hour, over 12 months. Funds will cover promotion, equipment, additional venue hire, coaching fees, additional staff costs for project management and travel costs.
