Holborn and St Pancras is a densely urban central London constituency within Camden. It includes Bloomsbury, King’s Cross, St Pancras, Holborn, Camden Town and surrounding neighbourhoods. The seat contains major railway terminals, universities, hospitals, legal districts, cultural institutions and some of London’s busiest commercial streets alongside established residential communities. Development is generally dense, although squares, parks and institutional grounds provide important open spaces. The southern part lies close to the City and West End, while the northern neighbourhoods have a more residential inner-London character. Overall, the constituency combines several nationally significant central districts within a compact area.

This project will deliver 5 six-week programmes of therapeutic yoga for inactive 16-25-year-olds in Camden and Islington, who also experience low wellbeing. Delivered in community spaces for 75-minutes each session, it combines movement, breathwork, grounding and mindfulness to increase physical activity and improve wellbeing, teaching practical skills on the yoga mat that young people can use in everyday life.
