This project will deliver 5 six-week programmes of therapeutic yoga for inactive 16-25-year-olds in Camden and Islington, who also experience low wellbeing. Delivered in community spaces for 75-minutes each session, it combines movement, breathwork, grounding and mindfulness to increase physical activity and improve wellbeing, teaching practical skills on the yoga mat that young people can use in everyday life. Funding will cover staff, facility hire and equipment costs.
