Hinckley Water Activities Club
This project will allow Hinckley Water Activities Club to purchase essential kayaks and paddle boards and invest in coach training. Sport England's funding will contribute towards purchasing three 20-foot containers, increasing the size of the launch jetty, using upcycled materials where possible and new recycled plastic decking boards, with installation carried out by the club and training for 10 people in paddleboard instructor, safeguarding, first aid, paddleboard safety and rescue courses.
Hinckley Rugby Football Club Limited
This project will deliver multisport and gym sessions to disabled people aged 18 to 30 years old over a 40 week period with 1 x 2-hour and 1 x 3-hour sessions being provided weekly. Funding will specifically support coaching fees.
