What this bill is about

The Regulated Professions (Freedom of Speech) Bill [HL] would seek to protect the freedom of expression of people who are subject to professional regulation. It would also seek to require professional regulatory bodies to be neutral, and to limit those bodies from making professionals carry out mandatory training or education that has political, ideological, or social content.
