What this bill is about

This bill would seek to require the collection and regular publication of data about immigration status, nationality, and country of birth for certain people, including information connected to use of specified public services, claimants of certain benefits, the prison population, and arrests. It also includes requirements for the Secretary of State to review the quality and consistency of the data collected and published, and would make further connected provision.

What it would do
